Little Bear's Little Boat Board Book

My son loves this book. Nice story with an assortment of words that works great as I teach him how to read.

Super cute book about growing up and sharing. I first bought this book for a baby shower, however I loved the book so much that I had to buy it for my toddler too. The story in engaging and has more of a moral and story than some board books contain. It has been a great addition to our toddler library.

The life lesson in this book is so beautiful that I have purchased it for over six different family friends and my children have us read this book at least once a week!

Bought for my nephew

Great little book. Great pictures, keeps it going for a toddler to stay interested. My little boy who isn't a huge talker yet started saying "boh-at" (boat) after hearing this story a few times. Kind of makes me (mom) tears-eyed that the baby bear grows up.

I used to read this book to my daughter all the time. It's a sweet story about growing older and out of things and passing them on to someone else. It's a favorite.

Bought this for a gift, as my son already has this book. We've owned this book for 4 years, and it's just the cutest story. My son has no trouble handing down clothes or toys, and I believe it's in part due to this book. The pictures are great.

A book I have bought for children for years. Loved by all ages, originally bought in the US. A lovely lesson in life conveyed to Children in particular.

I love this book! It's a sweet story, told with a lovely simplicity, and the illustrations are just right: simple, evocative, cute but not too cute. I bought a copy for a couple of small children (siblings) and it's become one of their favourite books. Then I bought another copy for myself. :-)Be aware, though, that there's a mistake in the listings for this book. My first order was for a hardcover, but I received a board book. I eventually found an actual hardcover format under a separate listing with a different ISBN number. I would recommend the hardcover, because in the board book, the pages are smaller and the illustrations are sort of squeezed onto the page with not enough space around them, and some of the illustrations are actually cut off a little. If you particularly appreciate the art of children's book illustration, then get the hardcover.
