If I could give 10 stars I would! I don’t normally bother leaving reviews but this deserves one.We got two 38inch crates for our two dogs. We have an Australian healer who breaks the welds and doors on the standard wire crate. We’ve been through 4 crates with him in our 5 years. And our Brittany spaniel is an escape artist. We figured this is a good solution for both of them. They both fit comfortably in the size we got.They shipped in only two days even though shipping said over a week.To say it’s easy to put together is an understatement! My 5 year old helped me by holding the sides but it literally took 4 minuets a crate with only 8 screws to tighten.The exceptional services also deserves 10 stars! Each crate had a few dings on it which is understandable since they are hollow tubing. It was easy to see the crates were damaged during transport. One crate had a broken latch upon arrival and the other the bottom bar was bent so much the pan was blocked from coming out. I contacted the company at 11 pm on a Saturday night and had a response and solution by 8 am the next morning.I hope these last longer then the others have. Looks like over time we may have to repaint but other then that it seems they would house a baby tiger without a problem.

This is a very heavy sturdy dog crate. It is not foldable as was described initially unless undoing 8 nuts and bolts. The problem that I had with this crate was that the top locking clasp on the front door was installed upside down. Also the wrench supplied with the crate did not fit the bolts used to attach the wheels and the 8 nuts and bolts. I contacted the seller and they did not address either problem but have me the shipping information. After a second try they did send a wrench that fit and new locking clasps which I had indicated i could fix using new rivets. Crate is now working well. Had the problems and related service issues not happened i would rate the crate a five star.

The feet of my bulldog are always stuck in the middle of the two tubes. And once it happens, he'll reach into the tray and got his feet dirty. I feel so helpless. I am NOT satisfied with this dog cage and I do NOT recommend it.

I bought this to take my nine foster puppies to the vet and to adoption events. I will use it this Thursday. I like the fact it opens from the top as well as the side. It seems very sturdy and easy to put together. I have not put a escape artist dog in it so I can’t speak to that.

I have a Pit Bull who has chewed her way out of several purchaaed crates. This one -she’s tried-but no success. Its great !!

It is fairly simple to assemble, no more than 15 minutes for me. (Boxed-up, it is pretty heavy and bulky... so, like your boxed-up HDTV, plan ahead on how you will get it to the place you want to assemble it.) I use a carabiner clip for each of the five latches, and this makes the crate as strong & secure as you'll ever need it. I put one of those rubber-backed bathroom throw carpets into the bottom of this crate and my dog seems pretty comfy in it. My 80-lb Malamute is pretty strong, can get pretty anxious and unbelievably strong, but this heavy duty kennel takes care of my need for a reliable product REALLY well.

I’m so glad I found this kennel! I was out of options for my husky. He had chewed through all of his other kennels and I was desperate to find one that would work. And boy does this do the job! Surprisingly he doesn’t even whine in it when we leave and he takes frequent naps in it. I’m so grateful for this kennel.You get what you pay is exactly this! Our dog is a great escape artist and this is the only thing he can’t gdt out of! Also very spacious for our pup! Lots of room!

The locking mechanism was defeated by my beagle within a week. To make things worse the metal in the locks were sharp and cut her nose several times. I had to drill out the rivets and replace the locks with a different slide lock.
