I purchased 6 different versions of these gift boxes to give money to my daughters and nephews for Christmas. The initial reaction to these boxes was priceless. They all kind of stared at me wondering why in the world I would purchase them these items....lol. I put other items related to what was on the box in the box to give it some weight and I taped a baggie with money the inside to farther the illusion. They were a lot of fun, would recommend if your looking for a funny alternative to giving money.

We bought it for our granddaughter’s birthday, which is April 1st. She loves to be pranked on her birthday. She will think this is GREAT!!

I initially felt like this shouldn’t be any more than 5.00 tops. The only reason I’m a bit more ok with the price is that the person I gave it to left it so now I can reuse it for someone else. It definitely creates a lot of laughter and does the trick of making the person opening their gift believe this is really the crazy thing you’ve bought for them.

Brought a lot of laughter at Christmas. I bought four different ones. The best were the sleep sack and slipper speakers. Like other reviewers, I too had the experience where the gift recipient was disappointed to find out he didn’t really get the slippers. I got a real kick out of the parents reaction for the ‘spit n slide’. The kids had smiles and the adults had the disgusted looks on their faces. It really cheered up my pre-teen nephews who had just lost their dad to cancer. Thanks so much for these prank box idea! You really made a difference to bring smiles and the entire family roar with laughter.

This really is the best thing ever....we have bought several of these to wrap gifts and they fall for it every time. It’s great if you have teens.

We used this gift box for my ten year old sons most wanted Christmas present. He was soooo confused but tried his best to be greatful and asked if we could play it lol. He was very happy when we told him to open it up and he realized it was a gag gift box. I can't wait to get him a different one for next year.

Used this for our office xmas present exchange and it was a hit. I packed the smaller gift with some cardboard to give it that feeling like there was truly a game in it. Had the entire office believing it was a real game. Had to tell the person to read the "directions" that were printed on the flaps so they would catch on to the gag.

I used this at Christmas for my young nephew and niece. I put a blanket throw in it. After they each had wide eyes and huge smiles reading the box, game instructions and were happier than punch thinking I'd actually get them a spitting game, they were kind of disappointed with the throw blankets. It made for a fun moment and they were able to get over their disappointment quickly because they liked the prank idea overall because they're looking forward to fooling the next unsuspecting person they gift.
