Did a good job of removing the duct tape glue.

This stuff really works. You might need to leave it on for awhile (I use paper towel pieces held on by rubber bands) but then whatever adhesive was there is either just gone or has to be rubbed off using the paper -towel pieces. The bottles arrived intact with the under-the-cap sealer pieces intact, though the little lift off tabs were themselves were no longer attached - the adhesive had been dissolved. The bottles were inside a sealed plastic bag that was intact but had goo gone all over the inside. The Amazon box was intact with no damage but had goo gone soaked all the way through. I washed the bottles off & they did not leak, so safe to store. I think they came from an inescapably goo gone soaked environment or something; buying it in the hardware store I've never encountered this particular set of issues.

Really didn’t work used on metal surface. I used a whole bottle of a little at a time but the gummy substance didn’t come off
