An excellent product. Homeopathy was once the medical fields method of treating illness before the current alopathic method now in use and is based on the theory that like treats like. My wife became involved with homeopathy when she took a class taught by a local pharmasist and we have become ardent supports of this method of treating illnes, as a result we have invested a bit of time and money in learning much about this means of treating minor illness however Our doctoor knows well what we are doing and he is a wise consultant and a good friend.We still see him regularly and tr ust his advise. One cannot replace either method of doctoring. Both means of treating each have their place and compliment each other!

I keep the bottle next to my bed. At first sign of leg cramp, I pop 2-3 under my tongue. They melt quickly and the cramps are gone in a short time - back to sleep.
