Organic Raw Sauerkraut, "Korean Kim Chi" Variety, 16 Oz Glass Jar

I have been eating Kim Chi for 50 years and this is as tou will get outside of Korea. Wonderful spices, balanced with heat to make yo want more.

This kim chee is excellent. I'm going to stock up. Its good alone or in soup. One of my favorite things about this good food is that it is organic.

not a very tasty alternative to making our own at all. Disappointed.

I love all the ingredients. The taste does not resemble kimchi as much as I had hoped. It has a very overwhelming pungent vinegar taste. The item is definitely tasty just not the vegan friendly equivalent to kimchi I was hoping for.

I really like it, but at $17 a jar with shipping, just not worth it.
