There is no way to adjust the belt strap to keep the holster high on the leg. It keeps sliding down the leg every 10 steps. I have the leg straps tight enough to stop my blood flow but it still slides down the leg. The gun don't sit straight in the holster either but it holds the gun very secure none the less. I will take off the belt strap and put my own on to keep the holster high on the leg.

I like it very adjustable. Both the holster and staps have a lot of adjustment points. Might not fit if you have big legs.
