Good complete guide for healing for beginners. Alot of techniques explained. Thank you. ☺️

I've been a massage therapist for over 12 years & sometimes need new inspiration, ideas or a way to jog my memory of techniques I'd forgotten. This book is a quick read & has helped me with this! I wish there was a companion video. The Massage Nerd is known for his videos, which is what led me to buy this book :-) The illustrations & descriptions are very helpful, however!

The individual strokes are well described and illustrated so I was able to work through them with very little study. However, there isn’t a good progression. That is, I had to flip back and forth several times to move through one massage sequence.Overall, a good introduction for someone like me who just wants to give a little better back rub.

This book is truly the complete guide! Really left no stone unturned.

Has lots of useful information and methods. Step by step explanation of techniques with pictures.

I thought it would be able to show me more on how to massage people but based on what I’ve been doing there isn’t much else i can really learn from this book. I do keep it for reference for friends and family who want to massage their significant other better but that’s about it

The book has decent information, but it is pretty over-simplified in my opinion. I'm not sure it has enough detail to really give you everything you need to know, but it's a good introduction.
