There’s a reason foam plugs have been around as long as they have
I can’t find a better earplug for riding than the good ole foamies. They are comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time. They don’t mute out my helmet speakers too bad, but do a great job at blocking out the wind noise. They don’t fall out when putting my helmet on or off. They function and fit better than any silicone plug I’ve tried. They are a single piece so I don’t have a fear of getting an ear piece stuck in my ear canal like some of those two piece silicone plugs. For the price, It’s been a hard press to find a better ear plug.

Too loud, buy these
I love live music, but sometimes my ears r a little extra sensitive. I found these ear plugs at a very reasonable price. They r very comfortable, easy to remove and the durability is awesome! Also, drowns out noise for good sleep quality. And u don’t have to worry about it being sticky inside the ear. And I love that they’re black and not construction orange or yellow. Good buy

Good and Bad
The good- They definitely block out most noise, including my awful neighbor and his motorcycle that he just has to ride ten feet from my headboard at the crack of dawn. They're easy to use and not too uncomfortable to wear. The bad- Having to use them to sleep every night has caused my ears to be very sore. Maybe the size is too big? Idk. The ones labeled for smaller ears don't really provide the same noise relief.

Great job blocking sound
Like the black color and the carry case is nice to have. Earplugs help tremendously at concerts and anywhere there are loud noises.

Has star cutout, center hole; Same product as "Covert Ops"
These seem good, and I'm satisfied with the purchase because the carrying case is a nice thing to have, but you should be aware that they have the same star-shaped cutout and center hole as the same company's "Covert Ops" shooting earplugs. I think I would prefer not to have this hole just in case it reduces the effectiveness, but they do still seem to work fine. On that other product's listing Mack's / McKeon responded to someone's question, indicating that it is in fact the exact same product sold under a different name. So if you just want a refill of the same thing, the two are interchangeable, and the large bottle will be a better deal. They're pretty soft, and I wouldn't mind if they were a bit firmer, but that seems to be a deliberate design choice for comfort reasons, so I'm not complaining.

Ear plugs for sleeping
These are better than other ear plugs that I have. They are longer and thinner so they stay in the ear better and don't fall out when you're sleeping. Perfect for traveling.

DO NOT BUY
Too soft. Impossible to keep inside the ears. Struggled to get them in and once in, there was ZERO noise reduction. And they kept popping out! They might have made a great product at some point-hence the good and misleading reviews, but what I got was total garbage. I would have returned them but had already ripped the package open and ruined a few pieces while trying to find a set that worked. It's too late for me, but save your money!! Unfortunately there is no ZERO rating so I had to settle for one star.

Great Color; Not so Great Effectiveness.
I carry earplugs around religiously, as I'm not a fan of super loud sounds and like to protect my ears as a musician. I put them in at loud parties, big concerts, or whenever I want to mute the outer world a little in order to concentrate. My issue in the past has been finding earplugs whose colors could compliment whatever I'm wearing and not be so LOUD in color--no pun intended! lol So when I found these, I was so excited! Black matches just about everything and blends better with my brown skin. Well, unfortunately, whenever I put these in, I almost always have to readjust and reinsert. They just don't stay put. It's almost like they're missing a sticky factor that most other earplugs I've bought have. So I'm halfway satisfied. I wear these when I want to be discreet with my earplugs in public. But at home, I use my bright, neon ones because they work better.
