Works for Adams Rite Style Deadlatches
Quality replacement, able to be reversed if needed. Instructions are not for novices as it assumes basic knowledge of fitting components together.

Works great, no installation instructions
The door lock works great and fit perfect. Only flaw is it did not come with any instructions. I'm mechanically inclined so I figured it out but for some it may be difficult.

Poor quality lock
This is a low quality lock. Had to throw in the garbage because lock cylinder thread is of poor quality.

Exactly as advertised.
Customer had a lower stairway exit door where the handle failed and nobody could get out of the door. Major safety hazard. Ordered and had in two days. It was a replacement of the same item and was an easy change out.

Latch bolt sticks out too far
I should have taken a picture before removing it, the latch bolt stuck out too far and the door would not close without pressing the handle or turning the key to retract the latch bolt. I probably could have grinded down the latch bolt and made the angle sharper but didn't want to void returning it. Also the set bolt to hold the key lock in place broke, I had to use needle nose plyers to get it back out.

Good quality and easy to install.

Successful for installation. But the spring came out from the part that took me so much time to put it back and install. Also it was missed one of the screws,I had to use my old one.

I have never installed one of these lock with paddles but it went well and installed very easy with the instructions
