required for class but a little boring. given the topic not a surprise.

I bought this book because the author sits on the board of a company who's shares I was buying. When I owned as many as he did, I wanted to learn more about him. It's a very good text for broad coverage of the field of finance, and I'm sure its used as the main teaching tool in many finance courses at universities and MBA schools.
