Love, love, love!!! We have horrible iron and calcium problems but this cleared them up! I am able to wash my white sheets and towels and have them come out clean and white since we installed this product! My hair is no longer dry and coarse (from the calcium) and orange tinted (from the iron)since we installed this! I have lived in houses with other brands of water softeners which helped with the calcium, but they were never able to remove the iron very well. The toilet had orange streaks where the water came in and the sink had marks around the drain that couldn't be removed. I don't see any of this with this water softener. It is amazing! I would highly recommend if you have water troubles like I did, especially with iron. Don't think all water softeners will produce the same results. This one is is exceptional!

Received Unit. O-ring connections leak like a sieve. No one answers their help line and I get no call back from messages left. The phone number when called says "google subscriber is not available". Not even sure it's a real number. Seems like a fly by night kinda place. Avoid !!! Waste of time and money.
