My grandchildren love it.

It's not a bad book/toy, but I'm not sure it's really worth $8. PROS: The animals are adorable! - EASY to put away & store. - It's small & compact enough to be easy to grab & take along with you somewherer (even to take to a restaurant to play while waiting for your meal). The pook itself is VERY sturdy - it should hold up well (just hope the magnets will keep up with it). CONS: The magnets are VERY thin & easy to bend & I think they may warp over time. The size comparison of things isn't realistic (or even close I should say). I'm also disappointed in the scenes - they're very plain & each page looks only slightly different than eachother (well one is full of leaves). I just thought it would look more jungle-ish & it's just sand & water mostly, and a few random rocks & trees. Having said that though - my daughter doesn't seem to care. She likes it, BUT she's only 2 - perhaps a child who it's intended for (3 & up) may find it boring? Who knows. If I had a chance to play with one before I ordered it - I probably woulnd't have ordered it though. But the animals are so stinking cute I can let it go - we can even just play with them on the fridge if we so choose.

All the pieces were included though a couple were a bit "scuffed".

The book is good but not great. And I now understand why it's reviews are so mixed.Pros:•Cute scenes and fun, short, storyline.•Large blank scene for kids to make up their own story.•Lots of animal magnets to use and play with.Cons:•Some magnets stuck together and ended up will partially peeled off stickers.•Some magnets bowed due to packaging. Plastic container for magnets not tall enough to contain taller magnets without making them curved.•Animal magnets are very thin.•Magnetic strength is not great.All in all I think this should still be a fun book for my son to play with but we will try to flatten the curved magnets and may keep them in a separate container son that they don't get curved again.

First day out of the package and we already are experiencing quality issues:- It is very difficult to fit all of the magnets back into the clear cover above the book. You have to turn them, shake it, etc. just to try to get them to fit.- My daughter played with it maybe 20 minutes and of course dropped them all at least a few times but the stickers were already starting to come off the magnets.- Given all of this, my review should be horrible but it is a very cute concept and I like that there are several magnetic pages. I just wish the design was better.

I have nothing negative to say about this product (well ok it could always be cheaper, and I had been ordering it on a deal that was buy 3 get 4th one free but that deal magically disappeared as i was putting in my order). Anyway apart from those glitches, the product itself arrived quickly, and wonderful. There is this youtube video which is really sweet you can have that playing with your child with this book. That's how I found out about the book actually. If your little one is an animal lover, this book has many original animals and it will increase their vocabulary! My son can now say the animals in here and identify them with ease, just a week maybe after getting it. The video really helps out too (youtube search iKIDSWORLD under 'Learning Animals in English')

This book is not for reading. If your kid loves animals then this is great for entertaining them for alittle bit.My newphew loves to play with it by himself. My daughter likes me to make up games with the different pgs and animal friends. It comes with enough animals to share. There are words on the pages by they don't care if I read them or not. Every kid should have at least one magnet play toy.

The magnetic animals have a very weak magnet such that they are pretty much non-magnetic. I still bought the entire set of books because it keeps my toddler occupied for about an hour. This works great during road trips when he is bored of his iPad movies and games.

One of the most enjoyable purchases I have made for my 2 year old son.I was a little hesitant to buy it first as I was not sure what it was like. searched the internet for a better description but couldnt find one. Ill try my best hereThe book is light and a decent size. big enough to spread on the floor/table and really get into making your own story and small enough to carry it around without feeling the bulk.The magnetic animals are not SO magnetic that a little childs fingers find it hard to pry it off the page and are good enough to stick to one place. so they got that rightit has 3 pages and one foldable page at the end which turns into a 3 page blank canvas for your child to place the animal where they want. First 2 pages has some text which you can read to your kid and ask them to place the animals in the right place. At the top is a small box which is stuck to the last page of the book and holds the pieces well (20 pieces). The animal pieces are large, round (smooth edges) and clear so you dont have to worry too much about a kid getting it stuck in their mouth/nose/ear!Child learns about where each animal likes to be and gives them a good imagination work out.Lost one star because its not as sturdy as id like it to be.manufacturers should realise that children will not be as careful with it as we would like them to be. 4 days into opening it and i can feel that the pages will come apart soon. but then again, my kid gets so excited about the book that he cant wait to open it. Also, its quite tricky for a 2 year old to understand how to open the box (have to get to the last page and open it left to right).so trial and error causes a bit wear and tear. Also, the magnets are so easily bendable that they are rendered useless if child bends em.Excellent purchase though, am thinking about buying its other editions.Dont hesitate to buy this!

Ordered for autistic grandson but animals missing from pack

I have bought a selection of the Magnet Books for my Granddaughter, she never gets tired of looking at the pictures and putting the magnets on the pages. Although I bought these books when she was 18 months old she is now 2years and 4 moths old she still enjoys these books.

Love the variety of wild animals - looking forward to playing with it with my little grandson, who is very fond of all animals.Pieces just the right size for little hands.

Good condition but the book should have been larger so all the animals can be fitted neatly on the page
