I loved the description and how it looked on the advertisementAs it would be nice natural hair fibres inside stencilsAs any other products have never looked natural over the yearsSo i ended up not bothering with my eyebrows until i saw this advertisementIt is pricey but i thought if it was hair fibres and natural it would last and be worth it due to the pot size and how it looked and priceHowever they delivered me a dark grey gel cushion pot with NO fibres and NO dark or light brown fibres at allWhat i got was a completely different itemThat was a dark grey gel cushion with no stencilsI emailed the company but they just kept sending me black emailsLuckily amazon itself helped to resolve it eventually
