I like how small these little capsules are in addition to how they do their job without any stomach or intestine irritation. I also appreciate that the capsules are vegetarian. I live in AZ & can be prone to getting dehydrated which leads to muscle cramps if I over exert myself doing outside chores, go too long without quality sleep or do not pay attention to getting proper nutrients in my daily diet. I have been taking these for about 6 months now & recommend them.

I don’t do many reviews but this blew me away. My doctor has me on 3 blood pressure meds and my pressure was still outrageously high. One week ago it was 178/94! Four days taking Alerna potassium citrate and my blood pressure is way down. My doctor couldn’t figure this out so I had to. My blood pressure hasn’t been this low in many years. I’m a bit dizzy but I’m told that’s normal if your blood pressure drastically goes higher or lower. I might even consider getting off my prescription blood pressure meds one at a time and carefully tracking my pressure

So far, things seem to be fine with this. I take it with Natural Calm magnesium to give me a good balance. They keep my heartfrom skipping beats, as it is prone to do so every now and then from constantly fighting with hormonal inbalances. It's good totake also if you work out in the heat. I am not disappointed in this product.

Since I have been taking this potassium supplement I no longer have cramps in my legs, feet, and toes at night, better known as “Charlie horses”. I would recommend this supplement. If I do not take this the cramps come back and very painful.

I have has several operations for Kidney stones. No problems since I started with the Potassium Citrate. Dr. said it is helpful (changes Ph). For me personally, maintaining kidney health is a must; however, I have problems swallowing very large pills. Luckily, I found Alerna Kidney Health Potassium Citrate (99mg) (Vegetarian Capsules). These tiny pills pack a punch. I try to take them every day and I can certainly feel if I've missed. I think this is a good product and an excellent value.
