If your trees came packaged in a bag stuffed in a large paper envelope like mine chances are they are going to arrive smashed. The good news is they are natural sisal. Run them under hot water for a few seconds, give them a hard shake and fluff. They'll be good as new. You're welcome Amazon seller. Pics are before and after.

As others have mentioned, the majority of the trees are very tiny, maybe one inch tall. I read previous reviews in which it was noted that the trees arrived crushed and required some TLC to get them back in shape, so I was hoping the seller would take notice and begin mailing them in a box rather than a mailing envelope. Unfortunately that didn't happen, so I feel obligated to report that some of mine arrived a bit smashed, as well. Hoping I can work with them and get them back in shape. Otherwise, color was great, and speed of delivery was as promised!

Used these trees for crafting. Loved all of them..but they were crushed and packed into a bag and then shipped in plastic mailer..should ship in a box..but don't know if that will help since they are crammed into a bag also. 99 percent were crushed. To remedy the crushed ones I dipped them in water that I heated in the microwave and them brushed downward with my finger. This worked great!!

Bought these for a holiday decoration and made a little forest around a model house. Then I accidentally stepped into a shrink ray and was shrunk to the size of an ant. Needless to say this put a kink in my plans for the week but I did get to spend a week in an enchanted forest of colorful trees and shrubs along with a free vacation rental property ( which didn't have many amenities but hey shrunken beggars cant be choosers and that has nothing to do with the trees) Anyhoo Dr. Shenkloffentoon was able to re- enlarge me prior to Christmas day and I was able to enjoy the display from above as well.

These are super cute little brush trees, however they're much smaller than expected. I made the mistake of not reading the details and was expecting larger trees. They range from about 2in to maybe 5in. I'm keeping them because I still like them, and they are good quality. Just keep that in mind! Also, they do shed A LOT of glitter when taking out of the package. Make sure you do it over a counter or trash can or something! :)

As soon as I opened the box they were falling apart. There was green pieces all over. Most of the trees were bent or dented.

Super bonitos y de buena calidad.Los utilicé para regalar un detallito en Navidad y tuvo mucho éxito. Tuve que quitar la base de madera con unos alicates porque no me cabían en la botellita, se despelucho un poco el arbolito pero luego lo pude peinar de nuevo sin problemas.Sin duda los volvería a comprar.

conforme aux attentes, les paillettes sont assez fines, donc on en trouve partout apres, mais c'est normal pour des paillettes!

J’ai voulu faire des boules à neige, donc dans le décor, j’ai rajouté ces petits sapins. Ce jour là, j’étais contente de moi, et 3 jours après, catastrophe, les sapins avaient tellement déteins, qu’on ne voyait plus rien. Au lieu de les offrir, je les ai mis à la poubelle.
