Update: I've come back to update my review after an unexpected and awesome experience with Naipo's customer service. They apparently care a great deal about their reputation, and after reading my review of my first massager (which broke after the return window had closed), Naipo reached out to me to send me a replacement. I was pretty much blown away. That said, the new unit is great and truly, these massagers are awesome-- since my original purchase, I bought two more, one for my mother and one for my sister, they love theirs as well. Anyhow, I can't say enough nice things about how Naipo took care of me, unsolicited no less, and their product is truly first rate.

 Bottom line up front: This is effective massager especially for your upper back and shoulder area. The amount of pressure that you feel from the massager is controlled by how much weight you put on the massager so the adjustment is very easy.It is always nice when someone can give you a good shoulder massage but like everyone else, someone like that is not always on hand. When I saw this, it looked similar to another massager that we had and that worked great. Wanting to get another one, I decided to give this product a try. The following are my thoughts regarding this product:**Pros1. Effective - The massager is very effective in a rolling massage which is perfect for the back and shoulder area. You can use the massager on other parts of you body but I think that it is the most effective on the should and back area. You can also control the amount of pressure that you feel from the massager simply by how much you lay and pull on the massager.2. Quality - The massager is very nice quality and well built. I did not mention in the video but it did include a sleeve to place over the massage balls so if you did want to place your feet on the massager, there was a way to then remove the sleeve and wash it so that you did not place the massager on your back where you feet has just been.3. Heat - I like the option to add heat or not. This is nice addition when trying to work those sore muscles and knots.**Cons1. Plug - Not so much a con but something to consider. You do need to plug this in so finding a chair to sit on that is next to an outlet is one of our dilemmas. Not a big deal but for us there is really one one area that we can use this massager without pulling out an extension cord or sitting on the floor.Disclaimer: I did receive this product at a discount however this does not influence my review of this item in anyway. When I first got this product, it was life changing. It gives a great deep massage but after a few weeks, I noticed a drop in performance. the kneading balls on the right side became loose and constantly slipped when applied to muscle. Later on, it would turn itself off after being applied to my back for only a minute. Today, it stopped working altogether. It's terrible frustrating. I purchased the warranty but when I try to file a claim on the website, it only suggests that I contact the manufacturer to take advantage of their coverage.1) What is the point of me purchasing asurion's warranty plan if they aren't even going to help me?2) I can't seem to find any contact information on the manufacturers website to file a claim with them.This is a great product at face value, but the headache it causes after it ultimately stops working is not worth it. I would not recommend this product until they either fix their bugs or provide better support.

Super excited about this, I have large tight knots all through out my neck and upper back between my shoulders. I can’t afford to get massages on the regular and kneading away the pain isn’t exactly my husbands favorite pass time. It feels great, although the fast speed tends to be a bit nauseating and intense. Pretty sure this should solve all my problems, at least here’s hoping.

I got this for my partner for Valentine's Day and it turns out it was also a gift for me! We both love this so much and it feels great after a long day.The pros:- It's versatile. I use it for my neck, upper back, and lower back and it comfortably sits in any of those positions.- You can vary the speed which is great for meeting the different comfort levels of users.- It's great for daily use to hold us over between professional massages.The cons:- I honestly can't tell when the heat is on and when it's not. It doesn't get that hot and there is no indicator light to let you know the heat is activated.- Maybe I'm just not using it correctly, but I tried this on my feet as it says in the description, and the shiatsu nodes sort of stuttered and stopped lighting up. I was able to fix it but I won't be trying that again.- The buttons are in a weird place and not easily accessible once you get the unit in place around your neck.All-in-all I would recommend this massager for stress relief and relaxation. One thing to note, make sure the cord is fully snapped into place. When we first used this, the cord kept disconnecting from the unit if we adjusted the massager's position but figured out the cord just takes a bit more muscle to snap into place fully.

I adore this product, it does what I need it to do and heats up my lower back! It’s easy to carry and the cord does not bother me at all! However, I originally bought this for my SO but he thought the pressure was a bit much and I ended up using it way more!
