Great on popcorn, which is what I bought it for. Used for cooking a few times in replacement for butter with success.

I have ordered before & really used to like this ghee. Product no longer ships in glass, instead they use plastic jars and the seal doesn't hold; there is ghee is all over the inside of the box & the jar. I will not order again...it will be missed!

OK product.. Not aware at the time is was made from clear butter.. Read up on it before you buy. Will continue to use it but look for non animal product replacement.

Started my carnivore journey recently and needed a clean, healthy fat to cook my steaks in—found this ghee butter on Amazon and it’s been perfect. It has a rich, buttery flavor that really enhances the taste of the meat. Heats up well in the pan and doesn’t burn like other oils. Super glad I found this definitely a staple in my kitchen now!

This butter is delicious and it stays fresh for long time if I keep in the refrigerator. This is my favorite butter! I mix with cooked vegetables, spaghetti and even with my coffee for extra energy.

I read about ghee. How it's a traditional-use oil that is a better alternative to many bottled liquid cooking oils, and ghee is a cooking oil that existed well before many other more popular types of cooking oils and certainly well before one of the worst cooking oils, which is vegetable oil. I use it for all my pan-frying needs whenever the pan needs to be coated with oil.
