One of my favorite catan expansions
I really enjoyed how this game requires you to work cooperatively to keep it going. And I found it was an interesting way to teach my children about seed banks.

I really liked it. The kids less so
I love how this fundamentally changes the game of Catan. Wheat becomes a resource that you have to plant or else it runs out. You can get points for planting. There's also an alternative win condition where if you run out of wheat then the person who planted the most wins. THAT makes the game totally different.The family was less thrilled with it. I hope to try this version with coworkers once everybody can get vaccinated.

This is a really fun addition to Catan. It is fairly simple but adds a different strategic element. This is a really fun scenario, I recommend.

Missing Pieces!
Our shrink-wrapped game arrived without “event tokens.” Got together with friends and we’re unable to play. Will reach out and see about replacement pieces.
