Although these could be used to assemble furniture I used them as axles for a rolling luggage repair I did. These are strong carbon steel bolts that just happen to have an unthreaded portion of about 30mm. This is enough to go through the wheel and bracket making an axle!Just insert and mark off enough thread to take a 10mm nylon lock nut. About 5/16 inch. Cut with a hacksaw and file smooth. IMPORTANT: If you install a nut BEFORE you cut you can clean the threads with it. Tightens automatically to the correct length in my case.Your mileage may vary. You’ll need tools and a properly equipped shop.You get ten. You can experiment until you get the magic part you need. The heads of these take a 4mm hex wrench and they have a bugle head that seats in the hole of the bracket. The M6 nut will need a 10mm wrench.

I bought a daybed from a local online yard sale site, the picture had it all together but when I picked it up they had broken it down and gave me a bag that supposedly contained all of the hardware. Well.....there were several bolts missing. I tried all of my local stores and they did not have anything compatible, so ordered these in hopes they would work. They fit perfectly and my daughter is thrilled to be sleeping on her new to her day bed.

Bought these guys to replace bolts that Target didn't supply in a bed I purchased from them (NEVER purchase a bed frame from Target, you'll lose your sanity) and they were fantastic.

Arrived on time, but one of these things is not like the others..... larger head and shorter body🙄 really needed this for a project this weekend. Guess my kid can wait to sleep in his bed. Lol
