Not fond of the pulls.
Overall a rather cheap looking coil zipper. But utilitarian wise they will do well. I bought two sizes and intend to use several ways. As to the pulls I can replace them to a degree if say I have a shortened cut off piece left over that needs a pull. I collect all kinds of zipper pulls for teeth and coil zippers alike by the yard and on their own. Different colors and shapes. Check out Etsy for some real fancy ones if interested. There is a problem with adding a new pull to a separating zipper however as it can cause the zipper to be misaligned. When you have a piece cut off however you can approach that like you would zipper by the yard and add a new pull of the right size in this case #5 coil and I have a lot of experience with adding zipper pulls to such. So long past the frustration of all of that. There are techniques you grasp the more you do it and succeed. Also there are tools both ones to buy and ones you can make or in the case of a dish towel holder or bending fork tynes a certain way you can make a jig that helps get the job done with less frustration when a novice or even experienced sewer. So with that...colors are nice about what is shown. I will use some for making light jackets out of sweat shirts and even long sleeve T's. Due to allergies to sun and severe scarring over the years caused by that condition I need to wear long sleeves and sometimes it's nice to run around inside without longer sleeves but when stepping outside into direct sun it's nice to have a very light weight zip up shirt to slip on rather than drag it over your head all the time or just slip on like a cardigan with the option to zip up. So why not have fun with some colors too. Another thing I do is make pillows out of fleece throws and I invented a hidden zipper that works great with the fleeces and faux fur fabrics. And is entirely hidden and doesn't show. One of the things I like to do is match up light weight nylon tape or webbing with same color zipper or close match so it's even more likely to stay hidden. (I once made 5 over sized pillows one side in sunny yellow the other in soft grey out of the SHAG throw like materials. This was for a wedding gift and they were asking for all linens and bedding in grey...no variation of grey. So I figured they might appreciate the YELLOW side too and gave them the option to go with yellow or grey this way and gifted them with two queen size blankets in same grey shag fabric for double people snuggle blankets...one for bed one for living room. To my horror I was told by the brides Mom they decided to throw the 26x26 european throw pillows on the floor and to use as FLOOR cushions. The fabric definitely was not meant to hold up to that kind of use. But on the other hand it was a gift for them to use however they saw fit. But during this difficult at times project I invented the zipper technique and have now used it numerous times. So what it does is allow me to sew the zipper itself to the nylon tape and the tape to the pillow openings inserted away from the edge enough to stay hidden and avoid problems with the faux fur or shag or longer fleeces. But also just is a great way to finish a pillow and help give it much needed structure. So I also make light weight fleece sleeping bags and cut blankets up and add zippers to make larger if and when needed or stay as two twins. I picked up on that when my parents in the early 60's bought a King size bed and a king size electric dual controlled blanket for it. The blanket zipped apart down the middle that allowed it to fit in the laundry in two washes. Years later the blanke was no longer working and I took it on as a plain pair of twins. Loved them even when their wires were coming out I just tore them the rest of the way and used the blankets as camping blankets all the way through and past college days. So the way the zippers were done was two separating zippers meeting together in the middle. So by buying two sets of these I can mate up two zippers in color and do just that with two twins or a king or queen I've cut into two giving me some options. We have two XL twin mattresses on two XL Day bed outdoor aluminum framed outside furniture and so we can have singles on the twins as set up for throws and also we can zip them together as a blanket for if we pull the two twins together to make a full true King size guest bed on our covered back patio. Oh are some of our visitors surprised when I offer them that option. Most enjoy it but some honestly think I am pulling their leg. I'm not. I sleep outdoors all summer long if I can. And my husband who is not an enthusiast does not...lol. When a dear friend in her late 70's visited for 18 days a few years ago with plans to tent camp with me for 2 weeks she didn't mind in the least sleeping out on the patio and of course since the beds original uncomfortable cushions were repalced with REAL mattresses and then softened up enough to comfortably sit on them too she enjoyed the mattresses. And yes it was zipper by the yard coil # 5 that was chosen to make nylon pack cloth full enclosed covers for each mattress to protect them from weather and dust and life in general. I make covers out of 100% cotton quilted King spreads and use it also as matching fabric for the back cushions and extra pillow shams. Often the spreads come with shams already made and that's fantastic. I also often make my own pillow inserts adding foam cores to the newer fiberfillings to add support to them overall. Now they are making shredded memory foam body pillows and when they go on sale I buy 1-2 to keep on hand to make firmer pillow supports. Using zippers like this for an opening into the pillows I make allows me to add more foam if needed or even remove some if needed. I then still make covers for it using fabric depending on use for outdoors or inside. Again a zippered case is a lot nicer to deal with. And color matching zippers are lovely option too. (These are more colorful and playful options not so much my usual preference of muted and natural colors. However I do have an orange and yellow cotton quilted King spread sets I'm thinking of having as a more gay scheme. And also a lovely grey floral on light cream quilted all cotton too double set with two extra sets of shams. But my original two sided different pattern cotton spreads one with chocolate brown and the other tan flowers & shams are still in like new condition. So is the soft short velvety solid grey set I also made a year ago. Love the soft grey it goes with yes Sunny yellow, greens of various shades, oranges and even blues and reds. So just make any pillow and throws in solids or ombre's and even patterns to change the look. Only negative with the grey is it is not cotton which is not as nice I think for sitting or napping on. However these zippers will be used and probably used up all to quickly and I'll have to buy more. Yes they got dinged one star due to not being as good a quality tape wise and also the strange flat non traditional basic pulls they come with. I probably will look for better if I choose to buy similar sets later just to insure I get better looking pulls when they may be exposed say in a jacket.

Right sided Pull
Nice zippers and good variety of colors. But if you need left sided pulls this is not the zipper for you.

Great assortment of zippers for a good price!
I have given 5 stars for durability even though I have only begun to wear one of the zippers in the pack, but it looks very well made. Long zippers for the zip-front house dresses I make myself are hard to come by (can't find them in local fabric stores anymore), and I have paid $5-6 plus shipping for single zippers online in the past, so this batch is definitely a bargain. I like that there are a variety of colors. I do, however, wish they would do a colorful assortment (nothing somber), a pastel assortment, and a somber assortment, just to let us customers get more of what we are actually looking for. I can't see myself ever using the somber colored ones.

Zippergrösse im Verhältnis zu Länge zu gross
Etwas schwierig zu schließen, vor allem von Kindern. Zipper ziemlich gross.
