Rubber-Cal Coin-Grip Flooring and Rolling Mat

This stuff worked really well as a carpet alternative for the RV. Our RV has its fair share of bumps and bruises from the many nights the family has stayed in it. Including the carpeting underneath the main eating area and kitchen slide out. I price shopped how much a carpet kit would cost from the manufacturer and then search Amazon for alternatives. This stuff came up in my search results and looked like it would work well for what I needed it for. Install was easy and clean up ever since has been even easier. The material is a soft rubber that feels okay on bare feet and definitely saves time when cleaning up after the kids.

This mat was a life saver for me. I have been unable to fully potty train my dogs, so I needed to set up an area to keep them while I am at work. I set up a 4 ft x 8 ft dog pin in a bedroom and used one of these 4 ft x 8 ft rubber mats to cover the carpet inside the pin. It was cut to the exact size as advertised and has worked perfect for keeping the carpet from getting dirty when the dogs miss the potty pads. I tried out a waterproof vinyl table top cover first, but it was not strong enough. My dogs' nails pierced holes through it, but this rubber mat is sturdy enough, and there is no way that their nails are going through it. I had no problem with any super strong bad smells with this product. Although, to be fair, I have a fan installed in a window above the dog pin that constantly blows air out of the room and another window slightly opened in order to pull fresh air in. So, any bad smell is constantly being sucked out of the room to keep it from smelling bad when they go potty while I'm not home. With that being said, I still do not recall an extremely strong smell associated with the mat when I first opened it. I received my rubber mat on March 26th, 2016. It is now May 11th, 2016, and it has been holding up great.

Was advertised to be non-slip when wet so decided to use on the front deck of my fishing boat. It was thick enough, right color, and easy to cut with a new blade on a razor knife. Got the 4' X 8' size and was plenty of material. Have also used material like this to cover the top of a mechanics toolbox. It is easy to clean, oil resistant, works as padding, and keeps parts you are working on, from sliding around. it did not however, go around bends and edges well. Worked for flat and used several types of adhesives that seemed nothing worked well for that purposed. It does kind of "bubble" up slightly when it gets hot in the sun.

Clean, good traction. Looks pretty good on the beavertail at the back of our toy hauler. I unrolled it and left it in our bonus room for 2 days with boxes on it to make sure it would go on flat. I didn't notice any odor. I glued it down to new, painted plywood with liquid nails and screwed trim pieces down on the seams. I put another sheet of plywood with more weight on top to keep it flat while the adhesive cured. It's thin and cuts easily with a box knife but seems pretty rugged so far. My gripe is it shows wrinkles underneath - I believe it's where I laid the beads of adhesive - the material is thin enough that they show up as ripples in bright light. I figure with some dust and use they will become less noticeable.

I used it on the floor in my shed to keep the floor from getting ruined from the lawnmower. It looks really nice and it’s heavy duty

Was shipped in a timely manner, but the packing left a lot to be desired, was just wrapped in thin plastic not a protective tube. After rolling around in back of delivery truck it was all s used up on the edges and 1 hole in it,I have to butt the edge together and can only hope to get a good seam. I should hope they have better control in the future. Jim

Decent product that’s much thinner than it’s rubber tile cousin. But while their cut sheet advertises it’s use for elevator flooring, it’s not code compliant as it lacks smoke development and flame spread data.

We use this as a safety pad for our house bunnies feeding and litter box area. They re typically great with their litter boxes, but on the rare occasion they don’t make it to the box in time, our linoleum flooring is protected. Cleans fine. Plus it gives out guys tons of needed traction as our floor is very slick. Would buy again for sure!

Very good quality, very durable, easy to clean and easy to cut to the shape you need. I use it on the steps and the area from the garage to the door that opens to my home

Works well under my studded winter tires

I like this. Got the 4x14' grey coin version. The box looked like it had been through the war but the product was fine. Be aware it's quite thin - I sliced the end of it while using my knife to take the plastic wrap off of it. It's like cutting butter with a hot knife. You can cut it with large scissors. If you're like me and need 5' instead of 4' width and are wondering if you should cut a 1' long piece - you could do so easily (with a straight edge). But it's so thin that you could probably get two of the same size and layer them on top of on another (one sticking out a foot, or two, or whatever extra you need) and not even notice. I think this would be neater than trying to cut a 14' long perfectly straight line.

My kitchen has old, discoloured self-adhesive flooring. Instead of the time, effort, and expense of replacing it with new tiles, I thought I'd give this mat a try instead. Easy to cut, easy to install, the backing grips the floor really well, and it's given my kitchen floor a clean, polished, attractive look. Very happy.
