It did not meet my expectation. Stitches on sample cloth was good. I tired on my own cloth, approx. 5% stitches were skipped for the first 2 meter stitching, then it stopped stitching. We tried all possible way watching on you tube to adjust the setting but no luck. Finally decided to return on the same day.Return and refund was excellent. Next day amazon agent came for pick-up the item and next day of that refund was issued.

It is very delicate and is like children's toy. May be due to huge discount we fell like a prey. Very disappointed and kept it aside & in a mood to keep quiet rather than to report. Learnt that Good amount= Better quality product.

I purchased the machine and when i received it I saw that a cloth was there showing that the stitches between the stitching needle and pad, So i thought it is tested already and due to faith in products of Amazon I did not check it, but the biggest miatake i did that day. I used the machine a month later and it was not working the thread is breakong continuouslg and there is no response from the seller also and the worst Amazon said no for any help. Worst machine, do not purchase. Pathetic service by Amazon. Just wasted my 1000 bucks on it. It is a show piece now. Not at all durable, unable to use as not working, never buy from Amazon

Don't expect much from it, it can't stich more than two clothes stacked , thread gets in and jams machine so easilyBuy if you only want to use it for low amount of timeIt can fix your small things , but don't expect any high.

Product is cheap chinese one.no brand name. No spares available in market for this machine.. completely plastic body. Use only two days and started malfunctioning. Stitching is not made even though it's working... Tried to set hook and needle adjustment but no use and not that easy. Tried to get professional help and almost three shops refused to do as its not worth to fix or once gone means gone.So tried to replace the bobbin gear hook but couldn't find it anywhere... Waste of money and machine is sleeping.Bought for hobby stitching but it's not even worth that. Qualimate etc is just a name given in Amazon.. product has no brand or something

I had returned first one which worked only one day. After that I received new one which is working fine.Those who had basic sewing skills like threading and working of machine can handle it careful. Others without knowledge may do something in force, due to sentivity machine loses functionality

It work for one month after that its totally shutdown,not at all working.So I cant return it.....
