Kitchen Emperor Santoku Knife, Professional Kitchen Knife, High Carbon German Steel Blade with Comfortable Ergonomic Handle

A very light but effective knife. Usually have something with a little more weight however this was a nice change as blade is very thin allowing for an easy to hone blade. Holds its sharpness for a good couple of months of moderate usage before a top up is required. Have yet to need to use on wet stone, as still getting away with only using honing rod. Suitable for various chopping and cutting but find is best for meats/precision cuts as opposed to heavy duty chopping.

My partner bought this for me and I love it. I don't like big knives so this was great size for me. Blade is good. Shapens really well, it's light and easy to clean. The only thing is that my partner noticed some chips on the edge when sharpening. I only use it to chop veggies and such so there was no damage done by me.

Love the design on this blade. Looks the part and is a very nice bit of kit. Very sharp and well balanced. Looks up to the job and durable. Haven’t had to sharpen as of yet either. Much better than the cheaper knifes i currently own. Comes well presented in a box and looks more expensive than the price paid. Overall very happy with the purchase and will last me a very long time. Thanks

it's engraved and does not actually look like that. still a cool effect. The handle is very nice and easy to hold. I have found the blade to blunt easily, maybe I'm just sharpening the knife wrong.Would have bought something else if given the chance. Not a bad knife, just not a great one.

It's a superb knife and takes pride of place in my small kitchen. And boy is it sharp... sharpest knife in the box lol.

Its a beautiful knife that feels great in the hand, but I would expect the knife to be a lot sharper. I would only recommend if you know how to use a wet stone.

Beautiful knife that is sharp and easy to use. Have been using this for a few months on wooden & plastic boards and it feels as sharp as day one.
