VolkmanRabbit Gourmet

My rabbit loves this food. He gets excited when I feed him. There are plenty of big pieces of bananas and other bits that he really really is obsessed with.

When I first got my bun, I had tried a few different foods to see what she'd like. I stumbled upon this Volkman brand and I'll never use anything else. My bunny LOVES this brand. It has a nice variety of treats inside; peanuts, dried coconut, apples, papaya, Timothy hay of course. My bunny is addicted to the peanuts, lol. She will literally beg like a dog for the peanuts that are in the bag, so I have to shuffle through it to find her some. I do wish they'd add more peanuts, but that's my bunny's personal preference, lol. In all honesty, this is a good brand, and we've been using it for years.

The only problem with this food was my bunnies ate it up super fast!

I experimented with several different brands of rabbit feed before I checked to see if Volkman had a line for bunnies. I'd been using Volkman with great success for my parrots for years.Very simply put, this is GREAT stuff. Its more expensive than other brands for good reason: the quality and variety of the ingredients is of much higher standards than any other rabbit blends I've ever found. And I've yet to open a bag and found any bugs or dust.Both bunnies just LOVE the stuff, so there's no waste, either. Definitely A High Class Product that I have no reservations about personally recommending. If you have other small pets, you might want to take a look at all of the Volkman pet foods available.

We have a female rabbit who is very particular about what she likes to eat. We have tried just about all of the regular store bought pellets to the high end expensive gourmet foods, and recommendations from her vet. Most of it just sits in her bowl. Then we tried this Volkman brand. Our rabbit absolutely loves this food! When a scoop is heading to her bowl she dances around and tries to knock it out of my hand to get at it... and she finishes every drop of it!

We have a new rabbit who sneezes a lot. It seems to be triggered by dust. This definitely has less dust/powder than the other brand we buy. However- this bunz is picky and picks out all the stuff and leaves the pellets. But overall the lowest dust food and he doesn’t sneeze

I have tried other products, but the wild rabbits that visit us from time to time just love this product!
