Lovely bag just like the photos not to big not to small very happy with it

My little girl gave this to me as a birthday gift as she knows I've loved the moomins since I was a child. She was really happy that she'd managed to get me such a thoughtful gift and I was really touched.It's a beautiful bag and a very practical size, just right for the essentials.BUT after a week of use, the magnetic clip at the front of the bag has ripped through the material on both sides. It's such a shame because it really is beautiful. So disapointed and my little girl is gutted.

The bag is a beautiful design and a lovely size for a evening out. However the there is a design floor with the magnetic clasps on these and they will eventually rip/ fail. I brought this bag from truffle shuffle through their website and contacted them about the issue. They sent out a replacement that unfortunately also had a problem with the clasp although be it less noticeable at first.I opted to keep the second bag and just deal with fixing it once it rips. Although I gave this product 3 stars.. I cannot praise truffle shuffle enough for their customer service. They went above and beyond at every opportunity to resolve this.
