Got it up and running in no time. Looks clean and unscratched.

Phones were dirty, Not refurb. Phones were still programmed from previous users.Passwords were not defaultFactory Default reset was near impossible because of previous programming.Complete nightmare

I have made 9 separate orders of these phones. Each time, it appears as if they come from different vendors with different standards of refurbishing. Some phones were great, power on, change password, and provision through the web interface. Others you had to perform a factory reset because the default password would not work, they were still provisioned elsewhere, and would need to be provisioned using the phone's keypad.

I discovered from my IT department that this phone wouldn't work with our business network.I'm sure it's fine, I just couldn't make use of it.

WHO THE HELL would EVER set up a phone to provision itself from SKYPE? These 3 phones I just purchased WILL NOT effectively install ANY OTHER FIRMWARE VERSION. So you're STUCK WITH SKYPE provision and other "ISSUES" that SHOULD have NOTHING to do with ANY IP PHONE!!The BIGGEST ISSUE, is, I've TRIED to contact the seller for info and instruction due to their setup, but CAN'T due to AMAZON!!! (this does NOT seem to be a SELLER issue, but AMAZON!!!)Amazon's "Contact Seller" page simply WILL NOT ACTIVATE the "SEND" button. So, I WILL NOT BADMOUTH the SELLER (even though I have MANY ISSUES and QUESTIONS for THEM)... while Amazon does NOT ALLOW CONNECTION to the seller. I've tried to contact the seller directly, it's redirected to Amazon. SO there ya go.Firstly, the phones require Admin password reset (no biggie but new).Secondly, WEB ACCESS IS DISABLED by default, total BS!All in all thus far, INITIAL SETUP has taken TWICE as long, JUST to get to the point to actually, SET IT UP. Again, TOTAL BS!Also, again, my questions COULD have been answered BY the seller, had AMAZON ALLOWED or ENABLED contact WITH the seller.

We recently ordered two renewed VVX 411s from this listing, and both of them function as expected, but our issue is with the physical condition not meeting the "renewed" as described prominently in the listing:"Product works and looks like new. Backed by the 90-day Amazon Renewed Guarantee. Renewed products work and look like new."We are 50/50 for the products meeting that description. One of the phones has scratches throughout the display (which is NOT a touch screen) and several on the enclosure. The other has some signs of use but I would consider it passable as "looking like new" for the most part. Not worth sending back since it functions, but when we order a renewed product I do expect better. Both phones were properly reset upon receipt, which I appreciate.

Phone arrived without a handset and back support. Also was not even close to being renewed. I can understand a few scuffs but this phone had significant dings and was dirty.
