The Inspire Fitness FID is a versatile bench that can be used in flat, incline and decline positions. It has a heavy duty rectangular and round 11 gauge tubular steel frame with a two tone, maintenance free, powder coated finish, which makes it solid and durable. The bench is equipped with contoured orthopaedic pads and weighs 28kg (61.5lbs). It can withstand a maximum weight of 273kg (600lbs).
