Grizzly Industrial G1076-58 Pc. Clamping Kit for 5/8" T-Slots

There's very little to complain about with this set of blocks and bolts. They are solid and cleanly machined. I'm tempted to give the product 5 stars, but a less than ideal stand could be a little better. The plastic portion of the stand is fine, but the backing is rather flimsy and I'm sure it will get scratched up over time. Really this is a minor point so it could be argued that the rating should be higher, but I like to reserve 5 stars for products that are nearly flawless. Either way, this product will certainly do everything you need of it for many years and the price is quite reasonable. In fact I'm guessing you might have a difficult time milling your own set from scratch for much cheaper than this.

This is well worth the money. It works just as well as any other hold down set I've used and the nuts fit nicely in the T slots on my mill. The plastic case is just fine and seems just as good as anything I've used in other shops. And the people complaining about the wrench... come on people what do you expect, a proto??? Seriously. I'd rather pay less and get just what I need and if you don't have wrenches in a shop where you are using a mill then I just don't know what to say.

As other reviewers have noted, the plastic holder/organizer is probably going to arrive cracked in some way, as it is not packaged well, but the important parts, the metal bits, are just what they should be. No problems. Not illustrated in most pictures are the slot rake and wrench. Bonus! You can't beat this for the price!

My drill press has slightly different dimensions than the t-nuts. However, only a small amount of grinding brought them to size. The set is a nice addition to my shop.

This is actually more than I needed, but the price by buying the whole set was better than buying half as many individual pieces. Solid steel, and very rugged. I will use it for light duty on a cross-slide table, but would not hesitate to use it for heavy machining. The adjustable step-blocks can be used for spacers in other shop applications too, like the drill press hold-down clamps.I have never been unhappy with any Grizzly purchase.

Pretty good deal for the price, but it IS made in China and the quality of the finish reflects that. Be prepared to run a die down all the standoffs and a tap through the nuts to make everything fit properly.

Excellent selection for general purpose, very good overall value for chinese clamping fixtures. Actually exceeded my expectations.Although you usually 'get what you pay for', I feel that this is above and beyond.Despite some of the earlier reviews, the plastic tray/rack was even undamaged and there was ample shipping/storage grease to protect all the parts from corrosion.

The top of tee nuts do not fit in the slots in my table. They are .006 oversize. I will have to cut them down.
