I'm very happy with this. As to some of the negative reviews, I had to comment. When your cutting the tape to open the box, don't go crazy with a razor blade or box cutter because your going to cut the bag, gloves or both. The people talking about the bag arriving damaged probably damaged it themselves opening the box. The people talking about it deflating. You probably over inflated it. Please use common sense when inflating the bag. If your starting to see stitches or the ball seems ready to burst your over inflating it! It just needs enough air to rebound back at you. For the person talking about it flying apart, you obviously didn't tighten the hardware. I was a mechanic and I can assure you that this hardware is sufficient for holding this together. The guy complaining about the indentations for height adjustment. Try turning the screw in just enough to touch the post and slide it while you put pressure on the screw. It's not magic! You can feel the notch and you simply tighten it. That said, this is a speed bag on a pole. Don't buy this expecting a $200 heavy bag. It's an economical priced speed bag. It's absolutely fine for practicing a punch and to learn hand eye coordination. Don't expect to whail into this kicking and punching like your in a NYC gym. It's a home workout tool and it's perfect for it's intended use. Don't mess something up and take to giving bad reviews about an item. Again, common sense goes a long way. If your considering buying this, buy it! I love mine. It's perfect for me and my strength and abilities. I'm 61 and rebuilding my strength after a 3 year cancer battle. This is fine to punch and train yourself with. Be careful cutting the box open, find a good quality Phillips screwdriver and you will be hitting it in 30 minutes most. I filled mine with water. It's very stable. If your planning to buy this for a teen who's going to beat and kick it like a heavy bag, do yourself a favor and spend more money for something professional. This is perfect for me. Very happy with it.

Very easy assembly and well made. Purchase for an 11 year old and being able to adjust the height is wonderful. Him and his friends have really been enjoying it. Even in the short time of owning it, he has already improved his aim and rhythm.

Very easy to assemble, I wouldn’t use the gloves that are included as my hands don’t fit but that’s a personal problem. The bag itself is good for practice but don’t expect to be able to hit full force, I found myself screwing in the base every 5 minutes whenever I’d increase my power. Overall great option for the price just don’t turn into Prime Jon Jones or else the pole and bag will break, PS DONT DO LEG KICKS! I ended up launching the bag with the adjustment pole across my room!

Has been a great punching bag for the price. The bag does like to loosen up after hitting it for awhile but the bag is good quality, unit stays stable with just being filled with water, and works how it should. The gloves that come with it suck however but I bought different ones.

Good full size, durable even for adults to practice on. I have teenagers in the house and they all take turns with my husband. Very well made so far, I’m impressed.

I had high hopes for this punching bag and stand, but unfortunately, it fell short in almost every way. Right out of the box, the materials felt flimsy — the stand is made of thin metal that wobbles every time you throw a punch, even at moderate strength. I tried tightening all the connections, but it still shook so much that it made training frustrating. The bag itself is even more disappointing. After just a couple of short workouts, it started losing its shape and felt soft in spots, making it uncomfortable and inconsistent to hit. The stitching also looks poorly done, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it tears soon. The height adjustment is another weak point — it feels like it could snap or strip if adjusted too often. I bought this thinking it would be good for stress relief and casual training, but honestly, it’s not sturdy enough for either. If you plan to actually use it regularly, I’d recommend investing in something more solid. This one just isn’t built to last.

The height adjustment screw works as PRESSURE and I don’t know why they made it seem like the screw would go through the hole because of how hollow they look so now that poorly welded nut broke off now I’m going get some metal super glue but other than that it’s great for practice and training so far.

Bought as a gift to nephews and they love it! Can take a pretty hard hit before the base moves.
