What size hole does the m3 require

The m3 needs an 11mm hole to fit the toggle through and the m5 needs a 14mm hole. Having said that I used a 12mm drill bit for the m5 and squared off the corners with a file to fit it through (I didn't have a 14mm drill bit) so you may be able to get away with a slightly smaller hole.

Are M6x 50mm 6 toggles enough for my 15kgs tv ? Thanks in advance

It depends on the thickness of your walls, I used 4 x m5 75mm

Will the m3 one hold a 40 inch tv? Was think 4 of them in a picture style bracket

What size is best for heavy duty shelving

If you are serious about shelving I suggest you consider Big Dug, that will put the weight on the floor. You can pin it back to the wall safely with spring toggles
