Learned that HP products are best; recycled cartridges are a waste of money.

Don't Buy from this seller.
It was installed in my printer for less than 30 days and print results started showing ghosting images. Was not returnable. Loss of money. They said the unit was under warranty by manufacturer but who is that? Seller could not provide. Have to buy another unit but will not buy from this seller.

Disappointed
This was my second time buying this unit. The first time was great. This time it arrived with a part broken inside. Every time the printer would print it made a terrible noise. My IT guy opened it up and a broken piece of plastic dropped out. Probably won't risk buying it again.

flawed
I am from Ecuador I bought this product for my office, and the fusor has flaws. unfortunately I lost my money and time. Provider only allows returns up to a certain date, but recently the problem arises with the melter, so we can not make the change. I do not recommend to buy back this supplier.
