Vogue Group Inc 1.5mm Neoprene Scuba Turquoise Fabric by The Yard

It feels super cheap, it's not really dense enough to really be neoprene. I bought this to use as light padding and I got samples from a different company confirming that I needed 1.5 mm and their samples are so much nicer and denser. Should have went with the other company :(
