If you want to make your printing platform flat enough, ideal stuff is glass sheet. Tempered Silicon glass is rated for higher temperatures than normal sheet glass making it a better material for use as a heated bed. After cracking a few sheets of normal glass from rapidly cooling or heating, tempered glass will quell your frustrations. Ultrabase is covered by a layer of special porous coating to provide excellent adhesion. But the objects would be foeced out after the plateform cool down due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction. You could just take off the objects use bare hands of with a little help from the scrapper for very large objects. Ultrabase has a chemical tempering glass as the matrix.Every piece has been inspected to ensure flatness better than 0.2mm Features: - Borosilicate is a very high temperature glass. It has a melt temperature of about 800° C and a very low thermal expansion coefficient. - Resistant to thermal shock compared to regular glass. - Prepare a second plate and quickly switchplates when a model finishes printing. This significantly reduces printer idle time between prints. - Reduces warping, however platform has to be properly leveled as is the case with any platform on a 3D printer. Specification: Material: 100% Borosilicate Size: 220x220x3mm Thickness: 3mm Package content: 1 x 220x220x3mm Borosilicate Glass

Excellent adhesion!
This Plate worked great from the start. I have a cheap Anet A8 and hate using Blue tape. Received the product on time, used it immediately without any good or other adhesion methods. Worked great without separation during printing. Used with PLA, PETG, and ABS. Just make sure you allow your print bed to pre-heat for the filament you are using. Then calibrate the bed. Important, since you are adding another layer over the hot bed, you will have to re-adjust your Z axis limit switch.

Works perfectly on PETG absolutely love it!
I am usimg this on a Monoprice Ultimate using PETG. I had to increase the bed temperature from 65c to 75c. This works fantastic! When it is hot the prints do not come off easily and cold you just pick them up with no effort.I am not sure but I think that you need the difference in temperature from printing to off to be at least 50c this way the glass shrinks enough to pop off the prints. I have not tried PLA but it would probably work best on the side without the coating. So this is double sided with two different great print surfaces in one. I just bought a second one because I can just pull it out and let it cool and insert a different plate.

Best build surface I have used
The release of prints at temps below 30C is crazy, just lift off 150+mm square prints with no effort. I am very impressed honestly. You need to allow it to cool to get an easy release but well worth the time spent allowing it to cool down verus the risk of damaging your print getting it off the plate. During printing the grip at 80+C is impressive, the parts just stick even with difficult to adhere filaments. My parts that I have tested so far have little to no warp at all. Very impressed with the value of this product.

Not flat
This bed has deviations up to 8 thousandths of an inch... Considering the magnetic build plate had deviations of 10 thousandths of an inch this doesnt seem like much of an upgrade.HOWEVER, sadly I bought the wrong size for my ender 5 pro. >_< my fault, not theirs. Just wanted to post some helpful info.

This works great, much like the anycubic
I got this because I normally use the anycubic base, but wanted to mix it up a bit, and needed a new one for my Anet A8. This works just fine, I knocked one star off because about 1inch in from the back corner, a piece of the black surface about 2mm square came off on the only large print I did.I have a larger printer that I usually use for the big stuff, so this won't affect me as mainly my Anet does small parts, but it appears to be a defect in the adhesive.Other than that, the glass was flat, and holds the part well.

Great Plate and it is the correct size!!
When i first put this surface on my heated bed i thought it was much smaller then advertised. Turns out my heated bed is larger then it was advertised as (never measured it, until now). So great news!!! I have printed two pieces with it and it is great! One was large and printed with no brim and tiny supports around some of the edges and it stuck well and came right off. It was a 200mmx100mm print and popped right off after cooling. Second print was a small 25x25 with a brim. Its cooling now so we will see how it comes off but it stuck great! This print was with a completely new glow in the dark PLA and I am new to 3D printing and it adhered well on the first attempt at 60c/200c.

Warped
The glass bed is warped down in the middle and unusable for me. I only got to try this yesterday and am now unfortunately out of the return window.

Great build surface
Nice piece of glass. Build surface is great. Fits my old Monoprice Maker Select v2 (Wanhao i3 clone) perfectly.
