The best.Few rules that you need to follow for the best result.1. Wash your hair but don’t use conditioner.2. Dry your hair for 95% and then apply3. Don’t apply for the roots4. The best time to hold the mask on your hair is no less then 15 minutes. I use warm towel to work it faster and better.5. Rinse for 99%

Nothing to write home about.
Used twice with little or no results. There are many other masks out there that cost less and are more effective.
