It is not done in the app. The device works great for short distances like 3 cm (about 1.5 inches), but I wanted to be able to look about 500cm (20 inches) also. My requirements are well within the stated specifications. I think mine is missing lenses but desertcart customer could not find the problem. I called three times and they cant tell me how to adjust it. They thought the charging cable was the problem even though it is fully charged and a WIRELESS DEVICE. The app is not the issue as the focal distance is not adjustable in the "settings" as customer support suggested.

Alternative iOs App - Dr. SEE app not working
Hey!! I got the borescope and got stuck with the iOs App. Dr. See app. The resolution can’t be set and it does not see the wifi signal from device. Device 100% charge. Any other alternative out there?? Please share

Difficult to use.
This product was very difficult for me to use. I could not download the app on my phone, and had to use someone's phone to download the app.
