i bought this beet root supplement for the vasodilation properties because i have small vessel disease...as well as several other issues with the blood vessels. within a few doses, my toes stopped hurting and that type of pain has not returned. my energy level seems better, the supplement tastes really good and i like to put it into tea. very wise purchase for a person wanting something different than prescriptions.
