Excellent tool for the money!
Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. The plasma cutter is a good value for the price I paid for it, and the company provided excellent customer service and communication. There were a few minor issues with the plasma cutter that I wanted to mention. First of all, the user manual is not very good at all. It appears that rather than to write a manual for a new model, they simply used the manual from an older product (Cut50 non-pilot arc) and added some additional text to describe the features that were added, and the features that are different from the older model. Because of that, the manual is confusing and is not accurate. Some features I had to figure out on my own. I was fortunate that I owned the older Cut50 model, and so I already understood how the plasma cutter is supposed to work. The reason why I purchased the Cut50P is because it has a pilot arc. The pilot arc makes using the tool much easier and much more controllable than the older model without pilot arc. An issue that I did not like on this new model is the power cord is very short. It is less than one meter long (about 2 feet). I purchased about a two meter length of power cord and a plug that mates with my 240 volt electrical outlet in my garage, and I spliced the new cord onto the plasma cutter cord. By the way, although the plasma cutter will work on 120 volts, I do not recommend it unless you plan to cut only very thin gauge metals. When I tried running it on 120 volts, I found that the arc was erratic, and the machine produced a lot of splatter. Everything worked much better when I removed the 120 volt plug and installed a 240 volt plug. For new users who have little to no experience with a plasma cutter, I highly suggest that you spend some time cutting scrap pieces. Just like when you first started learning how to weld, the results will be ugly, and you will go through a lot of consumables until you become proficient at it. Just like with welding, everything must be correct in order to achieve a straight, clean, and good-looking cut. You must select the correct current, torch speed, and air pressure for the thickness and type of metal you want to cut. I find it helpful to use the wire standoffs that come with the set of consumables. The standoff helps the user keep a consistent height of the torch tip above the work piece. Over time you may not want or need to use the standoffs, but to get to that point requires many hours of practice. I also suggest that you keep the torch tip clean and free from metal spatter, and always avoid touching the work piece with the tip of the torch. Not only can touching the work piece clog the tip, but if it happens too often and if the tip is held on the work piece for too long a time period, it could damage the plasma cutter electronics. I hope these few suggestions help someone, and I hope that they are as happy with this plasma cutter as I have been and still are!

*NOT* CNC compatible!
Despite the claims in the product description as well as the markings on the case of this unit, it is absolutely not CNC compatible! It is not a pilot Arc machine like they claim, it is a high frequency start machine. Every time the plasma Arc lights off, The high frequency start puts out enough em interference to crash the computer controlling the CNC machine it's attached to. I returned this unit and get the one from Lotos that is made for CNC machines, and it works perfectly. Not only that, the Lotos machine is about 10 times better built than this. This machine looks like the kind of cheap chineseium you would get at Harbor Freight about 20 years ago... Not even the better quality chineseium they have now, but the old school Chineseium like you might be able to find now at a flea market. If this thing had actually been a pilot Arc machine that worked with CNC, it might have been worth maybe three stars as a super entry level machine. As it is, it doesn't work for the purpose it's marketed for, and the build quality is absolute trash. I would give it less than one star if I could.

Great customer service
I'm always a little leary when I'm getting something from China. I had a problem with mine when I received it but I was able to contact someone who answered me on the weekend and they quickly sent me a replacement that works perfectly. I'm new to plasma cutters but with what I've done so far I am impressed. One issue is that the setup instructions are a little unclear but it wasn't hard to figure out.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
This machine sucks, it doesn't do what is says it will do. It doesn't come with any plugs (110 or 220). I didn't have a 220 plug for it so I hooked it up to 110. Tried cutting a 1/8 inch flat stock and all it would do is blow breakers. Rechecked my wires, and all are correct. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. Save up your money and buy a real plasma cutter.

Cuts good
Works as described. Cuts very good. Only things are that wire connections were loose under hood and cheap air hose for regulator. Fixed it myself and for the money you can't beat it.

Get what you pay for
Works as expected and great for thin(ner)materials when only running 110v. Cord needs to be longer but not concerning. Media is cheap to buy. Used on 1/8” steel bar (slowly) and stainless sheet.
