The instructions that come with this product aren’t great, but it is very easy and intuitive to build. We’re using it in the packing room as intended to keep boxes sorted. It is sized ideally for very large boxes, which was nice. However, if you have smaller boxes of third shelf would’ve been a nice option.

I bought this to store art canvases and it works greeat

Poor packaging and missing hardware. Looks like it was returned and resold for full price. Dividers are low quality.

Useful in the office

I was a bit confused/concerned when I got only the dividers and casters for this box rack, and only had the one tracking number. However, I waited a few days and the rack itself came under a different number.Assembly was relatively easy, if a bit slow, though the divider installation is a bit clunky and easier with two people. So far the rack has good capacity and seems pretty sturdy. It rolls well on its casters even when heavily loaded. My biggest concern is the welds holding the divider uprights to their small base plates, which are not big. The height of the divider means a long lever-arm of stress is going to be placed on that small weld, so that's a potential weakness/failure point. For size reference, the photo shows a standard 6' folding table next to the loaded rack.

Excellent and strong to hold art paintings

Plastic sleeves did not fit together as suggested in directions. Divider bent when I stacked the boxes on the rack and when I tried to straighten the dividers they broke at the welding section near the bottom clip. I guess that explains why the listing shows only few boxes in each section. And lastly, this unit has to be used. The casters and wheels were dirty and the wheels had gashes and cuts in the rubber. I suspected it was used after opening the box to find some of the parts at the bottom of the box and the wrench was missing. But when I took the casters out of the plastic bags it was confirmed. I will post the pictures on this review when I get the chance. I am not going to use the casters. I am also going to buy wall straps to secure this thing to a wall. I thought a metal rack should be more sturdy but I was wrong.
