I got this for my daughter’s swim team waiting periods in the winter season. It warms her up and is cuddly to hold. We also use it for stomach aches. It ends up being most effective in warmth without the stuffed animal wrap. The only thing that would make this better is if it were microwave safe but I don’t think anyone makes one like that so I don’t fault this manufacturer. Great and exactly what I expected!

I got this for my husband. It was much larger then I thought. Which is a good thing. My husband is always chilly and now uses this and keeps him warm! He loves penguins and this is adorable..

The penguin part feels and works great but 4 stars was given because the bladder feels cheaper then ones i have had in the past.

As advertised. Its nicely made. Penguin wrap was just to make my wife laugh, which she did, but it's also really soft and Plush! The plug is heavy duty and nice as well, no leaks!

Bought it for my 10 year old daughter. Now, she has to hide it. At home everyone wants to use it even though we have others we could be using.

The cover is very soft and cuddly and can easily be removed to refill. Great size to snuggle with. My 7 year old grand daughter loves it.
