Wrong product but refund propmt
This did not fit my iron. The company could not supply the correct one but responded quickly to my email and refund was prompt..would buy from them again

Perfect for tefal steam generator iron.Have had one in the iron for a couple of months and its doing what supposed to.Good value and one of the only places I've been able to buy these from.

Make sure you buy the correct cartridge and you are prepared to pay through the nose for the postage
I think it is really poor for a large company like Tefal which is supposed to value its customers, to make it so difficult to buy these necessary accessories for their steam iron. The postage was extortionate, and it was the only cartridge I could find at the time. It did not fit the model I have. It makes me wary about buying another product from Tefal
