It came in a well-packed box including the fireplace body, remote control, a bag of crystal stones, accessories for fixing, instruction booklet. It's quite straight forward that you actually don't need to read the manual but operating it intuitively. It looks just exactly like the ADs' pics shown, very beautiful black flat tempered glass front panel. It can be operated by remote or the touch-screen control, it's very convenient. I'm really happy that the flames effect and heater can be functioning independently which makes it four seasons usable - a heater in winter and a room decoration for the other seasons, just shutting off the heater function and leave the flames effect on only. It has 3 colors of flames just like described Amber, Blue and mixing, the blazes strength can be adjusted as well. The temperature range is from 68°F to 88°F. I was so excited and can't wait for the expert coming to install before I tested it, so I didn't test the flames effect with the crystal stones in, but the flames effect without the crystal stones are already spectacular and realistic, I can imagine how stunning it would be with the crystal stones effect. I'm very happy and satisfied on this purchase.

I can just turn it on when ever I want to. I can change in to so many colors! I really like it because I can just use a remote to turn it on! It really makes the ambiance of the room. The flame effect is very bright and realistic.I will take a video to you can see yet so even when it's off it looks very pretty. This is something that if you're on the fence with I would definitely go ahead and purchase that I'm quite happy with it.I rate this excellent for the price, functionality, and ease of installation.

I specifically purchased this product because it states "wall recessed" electric fireplace however upon receiving the product I had a couple of concerns. First, the interior box was damaged and the crystal stones were not packaged in a bag and appears to be thrown in the interior box. Secondly, the 16th bullet point under Warning (page2) of the instructions specifically states, "NOVER permanently install in a recessed area of the wall."

The fireplace itself is a really nice product that puts out a good amount of heat to warm our TV room in our newly finished basement. The quality of the product is very good and it provides a nice ambiance.What I would like to rave about is the customer service of 3GPlus. During the finishing of our basement, the remote control was misplaced along with the operating instructions. I sent an email to the company and promptly got a response with an offer to immediately ship a replacement remote control free of charge. We received the replacement remote control within a week of sending the first email. The customer service representative also emailed the e-manual, which clarified a few questions that we had. The customer service and responsiveness of 3GPlus is simply outstanding.

Fireplace is elegant, sleek and beautiful in design as well as very functional in adding warmth and ambiance to my husband’s “man cave”. In addition to the 42 inch model, we also bought the 50” 3 G fireplace for the master bedroom and absolutely love it.These fireplaces are an excellent value!Jasper, in customer support, was extremely courteous, professional and responsive in helping us through the process.....much appreciated 😊.

I really like that this unit is more shallow (4.58" deep) than many of the other fireplaces. In fact, we had ordered a different fireplace, but once it arrived at the house, our installer thought it was too deep and would look funny protruding so much from the wall (standard 2x4 interior wall). So we returned that one and ordered this one instead. We were pleasantly pleased that this only protruded slightly wall (1/2" or so). We ended up building a thin wood frame around the fireplace just to make it look a little more finished (but this wasn't really necessary). Happy with the overall results in any case!

It is very realistic and we like that it is only 4.5" deep since we did a wall mount. It was fairly easy to mount (I used a laser level and a stud finder which helped a lot). I am including photos of each of the 3 colors of flame and the orange one is very realistic looking. The other 2 are nice and fun too. I like the look of the clear "crystal" rocks when it is off too as it is a classy look next to the black frame. We have kept it on every day since we installed it...it really makes us feel like we have a fireplace in our living room.As for the heater and fan, I do think it is loud but no louder than our forced air furnace so if you are using it for heat (which we are not), it does work, it has a thermostat and a timer, but is on the loud side, in our opinion.I give the fireplace an A+ and highly recommend it for appearance and value.

Liked everything about it. The choice of low, high or no heat. The variable color mixtures, just has yellow, blue or combination of yellow & blue and looks realistic enough with those colors. No crazy red, green, purple or any color under the rainbow phony looking colors. Worked immediately right out of the box when plugged in prior to mounting. 2 remotes, both work fine. I liked the choice of white color which matches my furniture in the room.
