Not High Fiber but Great B'fast Starter
I'm a cinnamon freak so I love it. Eat quickly or it loses the "Crunch". Keep stirring in the bottom circumferential slot to keep some of the cinnamon from becoming unrecoverable when you've finished the milk and tasty cereal. Great afternoon snack, too.

THis is a scam.
I paid 15.84 for 6 cups of cereal. I thought i was getting 12. I found another page where I could have gotten 12 for less than i paud fior 6?
