The chalk doesn't stay one the hand for long
Though I cannot be certain if this is Magnesium carbonate powder, the powder doesn't really stick onto the hand for long. I have used powders before so I can tell that this one is not of that high quality.

Great product.very useful for gym in weight lifting
Superb! Requires very little quantity and will last long . highly recommended

There are better products out other. Skip this one...
I have used better chalk powder for lifting. This product doesn't get me the grip I wanted. Not sure about the quality. Will not order it again.
