I really like hibiscus, have bought it many times before from different places. This appears to be good quality and tastes really pleasant with a slightly fruity flavor. The packaging is not the best as it's not resealable but it's easy to solve that problem by putting the bag into a container. It can be drank hot or cold.Hibiscus has great health benefits similar to those of dandelion. It is particularly helpful for weight loss, as a mild diuretic, and supports the health of the heart and liver.A little tip is that I always rinse it before adding the hot water just to get rid of any potential contaminants such as dust/dirt. It's best to do that with most dried, mass-produced, natural products.

It's very nice, I have a cup of it before I go to bed.

You can make soo much tea from this. Flavour is great. Colour of tea is beautiful.

You only need a couple of these flowers for a cup, so this is very good value for money. They do take up a lot of space though compared to other fruit teas. It only takes a couple of minutes to infuse the flavour and the tea is brightly coloured and flavoursome.

I was super impressed with the quality and quantity but the packaging wasn't to my taste! I think they cut corners on packaging!
