They are good quality as they are sprouting on day 3. I rinse them three times a day and keep them in the dark away from flies. I put a paper towel on the sprout jaw tray with white vinegar which keeps flies away from the entrance mouth where they try to lay eggs sometimes. It's a good tip!

I have sprouted a tablespoon of these seeds. They seemed to sprout slowly in my cold kitchen but after 6 days the sprouts were about 1 inch long. Tasted really good and I feel a lot better I have a 3 tier sprouter and will start some every 2 days so I will always have sprouts available.

These are okay but I found ones higher in sulphurophane which is the whole point. THey send a little sample packet of mixed sprouting seeds with the order, a nice gesture, but slightly odd as the seeds all require different sprouting times. Broccoli seeds take a good 5-6 days before you want to eat them and others are ready in 2-3 days. Doesn't really work.

My first attempt at sprouting seeds and they were so easy to grow without any specialist equipment I used a glass beer sleeve and muslin and a rubber band. A small plastic tub kept the container at a 45 deg slope and they were ready to harvest after 6-7 days. Excellent product and good value

Sprouting is my new found joy. It is an amazing experience, so satisfying watching the sprouts grow every few hours and eating your own grown food. There are so many health benefits from eating sprouts especially for our gut. This is the food of the future!I had a few failures with Raab seeds, with sprouts going mat or rot. The methods that works best for are 1) Glass jar has to be sterilised everytime; 2) Soak the seeds for 12 hours (longer than the instruction); 3) Rinse and drain the seeds/sprouts once a day, instead of twice a day. The key is just to get the seeds just moist, not drowning wet. 4) 5th day leave the jar out to photosynthesis for a few hours. 5) Refrigerate sprouts in same jar

I've tried them for the first time and was really impressed by the speed they are growing :)Just added some healthy fun into my daily routines. And they taste well, my family lave them with salads.

3 days in, not one seed germinating.I know it’s not my technique, I’m not new to this.Should have been expecting to harvest in 3 days time, instead it looks like I’ll be throwing them away, along with the rest of the seeds still in the bag.Oddly, the complimentary sachet of radish seeds are all doing fine.
