Too Long
Great absorption. Had no leakage. Size is good around waist but found diaper to be to long. I had to wear a pair of underwear for security.

Great for long flights
I got these for a long haul flight. Sometimes there are very long lines for the toilet and I used these for the "just in case" moments.

For its own sake
Not for me (knocking on wood) but I bought it. Accident occurred (as expected) on a particular long drive after eating out. Messy affair. It helped in that it could have been worse but from comments from the faithful user did not (by a long shot) protect and contained 100%. From those who have to suffer these moments any product of this type is better than nothing but I do not think I would like an accident to take place inside my well kept auto because besides the pungent smell I am almost certain some leakage would corrupt the fabric, leather and I do not like it. Must endure it but it doesn't mean I have to like it (by a long shot). Read about another product from same company that works in harmony with Depend Underwear for Women, Super-Plus, Large, Pk/16, making it more spillage proof. Be nice but frankly this whole situation stresses me to no end. Why? I will share why: the person with the problem can not eat anything fried or oily but this person has absolutely no will power and basically likes to "pig out" and when you are traveling and have yet to reach your destination it is like playing russian roulette, as far as I am concerned. Everyone knows that sooner or later there will be an "accident" and everyone prays it takes place when in the vicinity of a proper restroom (which by the way I do feel sorry for whoever cleans it because these accidents are not pretty and I can only imagine entering the scene of the crime and finding this awful mess!). I have to play tough and basically deny all access to food while on the road, specially those cheap greasy joints that abound in this great land of ours. Don't like the smell (that was a stupid thing to say: who in the world does like the smell of crap!?), so I do appreciate Depend but can't depend 100% that everything will be safe because it just doesn't happen. Maybe with the leg attachments whatever this can not contain they can do the rest but I wouldn't bet a single dollar that it would. For those who do not have the problem themselves but someone close, very close, does, all I can say is: I feel for each and everyone of them. This is one of those moments when you reach deep inside of yourself and ask: Do I have to put up with this s...t? And if the answer is yes, like me, then short of a total outfit perfectly sealed, where nothing escapes and all smell is minimized we are basically stuck with Depend. 4 Stars for it does help but wish it could help even more!

Fit
Tight in the groin to thigh area.I had to snip fabric so it didn't cut into leg/groin. Would be helpful to go by underwear size. I must have got over night cause felt like a full diaper even dry.

Work well for overnight and day time adventures - travel mate!
This were for my grandmother. She was particular about not wanting to wear them then came a match. Over night protection.

Worst allergic reaction - avoid!
I bought these for my postpartum recovery and although they were comfortable and definitely did the job, I also broke out with the absolute worst allergic reaction possible - and I have zero history of allergies, so this was completely unexpected. The entire area covered by these diapers (between mid-thigh up to above my belly button) was extremely itchy & covered in red raised bumps. It was the last thing I needed whilst recovering from a c-section and probably one of the worst aspects of my recovery. Unless you know you aren’t allergic to any of the materials in these diapers, I would NOT chance it - as I’ve said I have had zero allergies before this and had no way of knowing I’d react this way. I’ve stopped wearing them for a week and my body is finally starting to return to normal, but is still minorly itching.
