I love that these candles do no smoke, smell wonderful, have great "throw" (they fill up my entire open concept kitchen and living room with 20 ft. ceilings very quickly) and the scent lingers for a couple of hours. They are expensive but I thought, why not :). The reason I generally do not burn candles is you can hardly smell them in our open rooms and the smoke and leave soot. So if you add up the cost for all the candles I have purchased that have been ineffective, I feel like these are sort of a bargain. That is what I told my husband and I am sure he agrees....

This photo shows the candle having been lit for one hour and 25 minutes, in a 2800 sq ft single story home .Wow ,it’s very strong and ,with thin 15 minutes we were able to smell it.I could foresee lighting it an hour at a time . The entire kitchen and dining area and foyer is heavily scented, so why waste it.The rose scent is a powdery soft scent .I also ordered the grapefruit which I’ll review as well . I love that nest chooses a white color and not these crazy colors, so it goes with everything .I don’t think I’d buy another brands candle .I can’t tell you how many candles I’ve purchased that smell in the jar and then nothing after they’ve been lite for hours . I’m sure many of you have experienced this as well .You’d think a $15 candle would have a scent that’s at least somewhat strong .I may buy two smaller candles next time and place them in two different areas in the same room .If you can swing it ,buy one, you won’t be disappointed .

Nest is hands-down the best. Bamboo and Grapefruit are my faves, but I haven't bought one I didn't love. They're expensive, but so worth it, especially if you can get them on sale.

This candle last forever and never stops with great aroma

It smells nice and it barely got down after many hours of use. I'm sure it will last a long time.The smell though. It's not like any air freshener spray or plug in. It does not smell that intense at all. When i smell the scent the most is when I blow off the candle. If you're looking to replace any plug in fragrances, think twice. And it's fire hazard anyway.I've used Nest plug in's for 1.5 years before I stopped them 1 y ago because the scent would just completely disappear 1 week after I put a new bottle although there was plenty of liquid left. Then I started using a different brand and it's been a bit better but it lasts only twice as long as Nest's.So I wanted to try a candle. This is a scent I used previously with plug-in. I loved it so I got this. Disappointing with the strength of scent but it comes in handy when I cook so I will probably keep at least one. But I will continue to use the plug-in's that I have for normal occasions.Remember, the warm air travels upward so the scent gets concentrated up in the ceiling. If you have a second floor, you smell it in the 2nd floor when you light the candle in the first floor.
