Exactly what I need for Morton's Neuroma comfort!
These are the best metatarsal cushions that I've tried and I've tried a bunch!! Two each of different types of cushions are provided. One type has a larger thickened area. I apply this one just rear of the ball of my foot to allow the forefoot to open up, relieving compression on the neuroma. The other type of cushion is new to me. It has a smaller thickened "bump" and extends forward to cover the neuroma, providing nice gentle cushioning on the forefoot. I don't stick either of the pads to my shoes. I prefer to apply the sticky side to the bottom of my foot, precisely where I need cushioning and protection. The cushions are easy to remove from the foot. They clean up nicely with warm water and soap and are ready for reuse after air drying. I thought I'd have to give up tap dancing but these pads keep me shuffling!

This didn't help my Morton's Neuroma
They are super soft, and if you need something soft in your shoe this is probably ok... but as far as providing relief for a Morton's Neuroma? No. Additionally, there were ZERO instructions. I wish I could get my money back for these. I won't say you'd be wasting money because you may just want a soft pad in your shoe... I want pain relief and this wasn't the answer.

Good product.
They are comfortable, and serve a very real purpose. But, a little bit thicker in the high heel pumps.

Not suitable for dancing.
These are nice hard gel pads, more suited for walking. My feet started going numb when I used them in my tap shoes during class. I think they were putting too much pressure on nerve endings.

Work well, stick well, reduces pain
Helped heal whatever was causing my foot pain. Like almost anything new in shoes for me, they are not the most comfortable, and it takes practice to put shoes on without them curling up, but they actually stick better and are softer than the store brand ones I tried from Target. I get used to them after a few minutes, versus without them I was in pain after that time, so they work. I used them in tennis shoes and work shoes. Figuring out how to place them took a few tries; taking the insoles out and sticking them evenly that way worked.

Very thin, didn't help much
Sadly, these did not help me. I bought them specifically for my hiking boots and dance shoes, as I experience pain on the ball of my foot after about an hour of activity in either shoe. But these were too thin to make any difference, and the glue didn't stick well either. They balled up in my dance shoes, which made matters worse.

needed cushioning that most shoes omit these days.
They stick, they fit, they are packaged well so clean. The pads provide comfort. I use themin heels as an added base layer. They work very well for this purpose. I would buy thicker onesfor shoes too large if they provided. I will try to double these pads on my larger fitting shoes.

Not for Neuromas
If you have neuroma, these are not really for you. While these may serve a number of other purposes, they certainly add no benefit to those with Morton’s neuroma. The directions for placement on the inner sole are non existent. Those with foot pain need to very careful about where this pad is placed in the sole, so that it’s effective. Unfortunately, there are no such type of specific instructions. These are basic pads and very generic. They can be helpful to some but if you have a neuroma, I recommend trying anything else.
