Dyson Duct Hatch Assembly #DY-920591-01

Okay, I first needed to know if this would fit, I went on the Dyson page to find my model number. I have a generic refurbish manual. With the info I provided to the excellent Dyson contact person, I found out that I have a UP13 model. I ordered from this company, the product arrived 2-5 days earlier than predicted, it was shipped promptly and after that it was up to the usps . This is what I needed and arrived early. I noticed that my Dyson upright had a suction problem when I tried to use the hose. This part had a rubber gasket that was torn so I ordered this part. Unfortunately, the part did jot fix the main problem so I had to send the Dyson in to the factory.
